chinese new year is on 2/3/11

little cat catering is preparing a chinese new year meal! the menu consists of: asian fusion salad, teriyaki wings, gyoza with ponzu reduction for starters. 5-spice sliders with pickled daikon and chinese mustard or plum sauce as the main. last but not least, matcha almond cookies for dessert! this is the first modern asian menu for the year! hope there are many more to come!

it all begins...

littlecatcatering has humble beginnings, from an idea of working for myself to a craigslist post, here we are. our first events were successful and now onto new horizons! a hanukkah party and a housewarming party are next! the first two events were southeast asian meal and comfort food. pictures to come!
